On a shield shaped embroidered device with a semi-circular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in width edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, with a diagonal bend yellow 1/8 inch (.32 cm) wide and extending from upper right corner to lower left curve of the base with the upper portion garnet and the lower portion white. The beret flash was approved on 16 March 2004.
Background Trimming
On an oval shaped embroidered item with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, 1 3/8 inches (3.49 cm) in height and 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in width overall, with a diagonal bend yellow 1/8 inch (.32 cm) wide and extending from upper right curve to lower left curve with the upper portion garnet and the lower portion white. The background trimming was approved on 16 March 2004.
